seems to pull new air in the relations between Serbia and Kosovo and the status of the (former) Serbian province does not seem longer be an insurmountable stumbling block as it was in the months preceding independence in February 2008. The fact that Serbia does not recognize the unilaterally declared independence by Kosovo Albanians, should not be an obstacle to dialogue. He said Borko Stefanovic, head of the Serbian delegation to the negotiations resumed this week after three years of freezing with the mediation of the EU. In an interview with the venerable newspaper Belgrade Politika, Stefanovic says that "differences on the issue of Kosovo's status is clear and obvious, but this should not be an obstacle to a successful dialogue and solutions that arise, because the resumption of dialogue is based on the limitation of the negotiation only to "technical issues", leaving aside those "policies".
On this basis, Stefanovic shows, very optimistic, stating that it believed the next solution of most of the issues addressed and presented in cadastre and register the first subject matter of agreement between the parties that will provide people the opportunity to finally use the documents they need.
