While Croatian citizens take to the streets to protest against their government because of the extremely difficult economic situation in recent days, the streets have decreased the defenders of the Croatian War of Independence in particular driven by Purda case, which broke out two months ago with the arrest of former Bosnian defender of Vukovar. And in those days when Purda was released from prison in Zenica there was the case of Jovan Divjak.

Tihomir Purda defender Croatian Vukovar and a prisoner in a Serbian concentration camps during the war of the nineties, and 'was arrested in BiH' cause he was hanging on the madato capture of alleged Serbian war crimes. Purda and 'extradition was kept in prison in Zenica, causing a surge in BiH di accuse pubbliche, in particolare della popolazione dei difensori contro la responsabilita’ e il fallimento delle autorita’ croate. Ma dopo 58 giorni, settimana scorsa, Tihomir Purda e’ stato liberato dal carcere bosniaco tornando nella sua Vukovar per abbracciare la moglie ed i figli. Secondo le parole del portavoce della Procura serba, Bruno Vekaric, il processo penale contro Purda e' stato sospeso per mancanza di prove contro di lui per presunti crimini di guerra nel 1991 a Vukovar. Vekaric ha spiegato che una tale decisione e' stata presa perche' la giustizia militare serba degli anni novanta ha codotto male le indagini. Divjak and 'was arrested by the authorities' request of the Austrian justice that the Serbian addossa presunti crimini di guerra contro i membri dell'esercito jugoslavo a Sarajevo nel 1992. I manifestanti, riunitisi prima davanti all'ambascitata austriaca chiedendo la liberazione del generale Divjak, hanno proseguito a manifestare poi davanti alla sede della Presidenza e del Parlamento della BiH. Con fischi e grida hanno espresso la loro insoddisfazione verso quelle che sono state le reazioni del potere statale sull'arresto di Divjak. Le proteste si sono svolte poi anche davanti alla sede dell'OHR e dell'ambasciata serba. Tutti gli edifici sono stati protetti da forti squadroni di polizia ma per fortuna, il tutto e' trascorso senza maggiori incidenti.
C'e' da dire che per quanto riguarda le reazioni all'arresto di Divjak in BiH, l'opinione and 'uniform and almost identical to the reactions where a year ago because of similar charges of war crimes, in London,' was arrested on a member of the Presidency of BiH wartime, Ejup Ganic. Clearly, the case Divjak, the entity 'a majority of Serbia, the Republika Srpska, there's more messages that greet his arrest and expressed hope that Divjak will be' extradited to Serbia.

Il 'Kurir' di Vienna sottolinea che l'arresto dell'ex generale e' «una bomba diplomatica» e descrive l'ex generale come una persona simpatica e psicologicamente stabile impegnata come presidente dell'organizzazione umanitaria chiamata «l'Educazione costruisce la BiH» Secondo 'Kurir' Divjak was arrested under a warrant of arrest in Serbia in 2008 but it 's unclear whether this mandate is still in place.
